If you have an AutoPASS subscription and have received an invoice from Fjellinjen, you must contact your AutoPASS provider.
Fjellinjen only issues invoices for full-price toll crossings.
Log in to My Page (link). Here you can download a copy of the invoice, postpone payment and view your toll crossings. A copy of the invoice will be attached to any invoices sent to your online bank.
If you have received a demand from a debt collection company, it may be a debt collection notice or a debt collection claim. If you have any questions about the demand or how to pay, contact the debt collection company directly.

To complain about an invoice, please contact us via My Page (link). State the reason for the complaint and specify the invoice in question.
If you are unable to log in to My Page, you can use this contact form. Provide your contact details and specify the invoice in question and why you are complaining.
Fjellinjen only invoices motorists without an AutoPASS subscription who pass through our toll stations in and around Oslo. You will receive an invoice from Fjellinjen within 14 days of your toll crossing.
Your bank has informed you that an eInvoice (eFaktura) has been sent directly to you at the bank. The banks offer a service that you have probably registered for called either “Alltid eFaktura” (Always eInvoice) or "Ja takk til alle” (Yes to all).
Log in to your online bank to view the invoice. You will also find details of the toll crossing on the invoice.
If you do not wish to receive eFaktura invoices, contact your bank, who can advise you how to opt out. Unfortunately, Fjellinjen cannot help you do this.
Companies and car owners with multiple vehicles receive a consolidated invoice containing details of all their cars that do not have an AutoPASS subscription.

Address information for customers without an AutoPASS subscription is automatically retrieved from the National Population Register. Consequently, we cannot make changes to the name and address, and the invoice will be sent to the vehicle’s owner’s address registered in the National Population Register.
Vehicles transported on a trailer or as part of a car transport should not be charged toll fees. However, there have been instances where vehicles being transported on a trailer have been incorrectly billed for toll crossings.
To avoid the risk of receiving a toll invoice for transported vehicles, you can do the following:
